Sexymour.com operates as a digital marketplace connecting content creators ("Models") and users ("Clients"), enabling interaction through paid services. The platform does not produce content, does not directly mediate personal relationships, and does not guarantee outcomes between parties.

Access is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. By using the platform, the user declares: to be 18 years of age or older; to have legal capacity to contract; and to agree with the terms presented. An age verification notice will be displayed on the first access of each session.

Each user is responsible for: keeping their data accurate; protecting their access credentials; and not sharing their account with third parties. The platform may suspend or delete accounts in case of: fraud; misuse; or violation of these terms.

To operate as a model on the platform, the following is required: complete registration with personal information; submission of photos and verification video; and administrative approval. The platform reserves the right to: approve or reject profiles; remove content; and suspend or ban accounts.

Published content (photos and videos) is the sole responsibility of the model. The following is prohibited: illegal content; content involving minors; unauthorized material from third parties; and any violation of applicable laws. All submitted content undergoes an administrative approval process before publication and may be removed at any time.

The platform offers paid services, including visibility plans for models and transactions between clients and models. All payments are processed in EUR by third-party providers. The platform does not store credit card data. Payments may fail or be declined by the provider and are non-refundable, except as provided in these terms.

The platform may charge commissions on transactions and service fees. Amounts may be changed at any time, with prior notice on the platform.

The platform is not responsible for: interactions between users outside the platform; fulfillment of informal agreements between parties; and content delivered or negotiated outside the platform. There is no guarantee of results, satisfaction, or continuity of services.

The platform may, at its sole discretion: remove content; limit features; suspend accounts; and permanently ban users. In serious cases, these actions may be taken without prior notice.

The platform provides external contact links on model profiles but is not responsible for interactions conducted outside the system, external payments, or parallel agreements.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the modifications.

The user may request account termination at any time. The platform may terminate accounts that violate these rules, pose a security risk, or have been inactive for an extended period.

The platform acts exclusively as a technological intermediary. It is not responsible for financial losses arising from use, indirect or consequential damages, and user conduct within or outside the platform.

The applicable law shall be determined according to the jurisdiction of the company operating the platform.

By using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agree with all terms presented herein.
